Associate
Malcolm is an Associate within the long-established Dundee residential department, having joined Graham + Sibbald recently in 2019. He has however an extensive knowledge of the Tayside residential markets having worked the Dundee and surrounding areas for many years. As a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer, he undertakes a variety of surveys including home reports, mortgage valuations, EPC’s and more, while ensuring the continued high level of service to clients past and present. Born and raised in Dundee, he is keen to draw on his local knowledge in order to provide a high quality of service to all clients, big and small.
