Lucy Fraser

Lucy is a Building Surveyor in our Inverness Office. She joined Graham + Sibbald in June 2016, and achieved her Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) in December 2018. Lucy is experienced in all sectors of Building Surveying, including Contract Administration, Building Surveys, Schedule of Conditions, Insurance Reinstatement Assessments and Stock Condition Surveys. She is also able to provide AutoCAD drawings and can submit Building Warrant Applications on behalf of Clients. Lucy works with a variety of Private Individual and Public Sector Clients across Scotland.
