Liam joined Graham + Sibbald in October 2022, having previously worked as a residential surveyor, after his University studies at the University of the West of England. He is currently working towards Chartership and will be working on contract administration, reinstatement cost analysis, dilapidations, schedule of conditions and building surveys.
