Lewis is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 8 years’ experience working in Graham + Sibbald’s Edinburgh office. He studied Building Surveying BSc (Hons) at Edinburgh Napier University and joined Graham + Sibbald in April 2016. Recent experience has involved managing a flood reinstatement project and common tenement repair. He has also been responsible for monitoring progress of a residential development and undertaking stock condition surveys throughout the UK. He is also experienced in undertaking Schedules of Condition and Defect Analysis Reports as well as acting for both the Landlord and Tenant in the negotiation and settlement of Schedules of Dilapidations. Lewis is committed to providing a high standard of service in order to obtain new clients and retain existing ones.
