Donovan Walker

Donovan joined the London office of G+S in November 2023, as a Chartered Building Surveyor. He started his career as a junior surveyor working in a number of Chartered surveying practises in south London, local authorities in the counties and registered social landlords. Having gained a Bsc (Hons) and formal membership of the Chartered Institute of Building and Royal Institution of Chartered surveyors he has worked both as a project manager and chartered surveyor on commercial and residential projects.

During his professional journey he has managed CAT A/B fit-outs, new-build residential project, refurbished high-end residential projects and project managed health-care projects under a PFI regime. As a contract administrator and employers’ agent he has overseen office to residential developments under permitted development as well as undertaking an array of professional BS services for varied clients including private individuals, local authorities, and government departments.
