Kyle is a Building Surveyor within the well established Manchester team. Kyle studied Building Surveying at The University of Salford and graduated in 2017 with First Class Honours. Prior to his degree he also achieved a Distinction in his Higher National Certificate (HNC) at Stockport College in Construction and the Built Environment.

Kyle started working with Graham Sibbald in March 2019, following eight years with one of the world’s largest building protection manufacturers, where he served as Technical Services Manager. Kyle therefore has a very strong technical background with over 13 years’ experience in the construction industry, particularly in the disciplines of roofing and structural waterproofing.

He has a wealth of experience in defect analysis, contract administration and specification writing. He is also proficient in u-value and condensation analysis, and also has experience in leadership and management.

His technical expertise have helped secure a number of prestigious contracts for blue chip companies such as BT, Diageo, and Ford Motor Company, whilst also providing key technical assistance in safeguarding existing projects which belong to the government and ministry of Defence.
