Kyle is a Chartered Surveyor, RICS Registered Valuer and Domestic Energy Assessor with over twelve years’ experience in the Highland residential property market.  Kyle graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2012 with an honours degree in Property Management and Valuation and gained Chartered status in 2014. Specialising in residential valuations, he carries out a variety of surveys on a daily basis for the preparation of Home Reports, mortgage valuations, EPC’s and land valuations. These reports are carried out on behalf of solicitors, estate agents and lenders as well as instructions from independent clients. His local knowledge and expertise contribute towards our Inverness residential team and Kyle is dedicated to providing the highest quality level of service to all clients within the Highland area.
