Julie Balfour

Credit Controller

Julie worked in a variety of property management, accounts and administrative roles prior to joining Graham + Sibbald in October 2008 as PA to Senior Partner. Julie moved to Asset Services as a credit controller for our managed portfolio in 2020 and is responsible for the Credit Control function in the Asset Services team in Inverness.

Julie is based out of the Inverness Office.

Each client has their own individual set of requirements, and Julie aims to strike up a good rapport with them, as well as with other Property Managers and the tenants themselves. She describes it as a thoroughly engaging job, which requires her to very much be a team player.
