Having studied at the University West of England, John Gardner is a Chartered Building Surveyor who obtained a BSc (Hons) in Construction and Property Management, going on to complete post graduate degree in Building Surveying. John also boasts experience in engineering having spent some time working in the motor industry before shifting his career pathway towards property. John’s professional career started with CS2 Limited, Chartered Surveyors, where he spent nearly a decade and oversaw the running of their Bristol office. Now, John is keen to utilise his skills and specialised knowledge to develop the Graham + Sibbald brand across Bristol and the South West of England.
