Jared Neville

Director

Jared is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 10 years’ experience and is a Director in our Edinburgh Office. He studied Building Surveying at Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen and began working in Graham + Sibbald’s Edinburgh office after graduating with First Class Honours. Jared is experienced in all sectors of the Construction and Property industry and is responsible for Contract Administration of various refurbishment projects ranging from £50k to in excess of £1m, including specification and design, procurement and project management through to completion. He is also proficient in Building Surveys, Defect Analysis Inspections and Schedules of Condition. In addition to this, Jared is experienced in preparing and negotiating Schedules of Dilapidations on behalf of both Landlord and Tenant. Jared prides himself on his technical expertise & proactive approach to tackling challenges.
