James has been working in the hotel property sector for more than 25 years, having started out in the Property Department of the Forte Hotel Group before transferring to a consultancy role following his involvement in the sale of the Group.

James is excited to be joining Graham + Sibbald to focus, on the continuing growth of the firm’s hotel transactional and valuation business across the UK while supporting the firm’s ambitious growth plans in the commercial property sector.
