Gregor Stewart

Gregor joined Graham + Sibbald in 2018 and graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University with a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying in 2019. With previous experience in commercial and residential property development, he passed his APC to become a Chartered Building Surveyor in 2021. Gregor regularly undertakes Building Surveys, Schedules of Condition, Reinstatement Cost Assessments and Technical Defect Analysis reporting on behalf of both private and public sector clients. Gregor acts for both landlords and tenants to provide dilapidations advice and negotiates claims. Gregor also regularly acts as Contract Administrator on a range of projects for new and existing clients and is committed to delivering a high standard of service.
