After obtaining an Honours Degree in Estate Management at Heriot Watt Greg joined Graham + Sibbald in Dundee in 1993 as a Commercial Surveyor before moving to the Perth office when it opened in 1996. As the office expanded he became an Associate Partner in 2002 in charge of the Residential Department and subsequently became a Partner in 2008. Greg deals with various clients and his day to day workload is mainly providing Home Reports for properties coming to the market, detailed Homebuyer reports and Valuations on a wide range of properties including some of Scotland’s highest value prime properties. His workload includes Investment Portfolio Valuations and Residential Development Appraisals. He is also a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor. Greg is a Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years experience and is a Registered Valuer. He currently sits on the Residential Committee for the firm.
