Graduating from Paisley University in 2006 with an honours degree in Real Estate Management, Graham has over 13 years of property management experience and joined Graham + Sibbald as an Associate. He has successfully worked with a number of clients including Hansteen Property Investments, Kemble Business Parks, Dunedin Property, Ashtenne Industrial Fund, Local Authorities and multiple-owner properties. Graham is involved in most aspects of property and portfolio management including landlord and tenant relations, implementing planned preventative maintenance programs, ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation, service charge budget preparation and operation, lease negotiation and management of site staff. His sectoral experience includes multi-let office, retail, shopping centres, leisure and tourism destinations and industrial estates.
