Associate – Senior Architectural Technologist

Graeme joined Graham + Sibbald’s Architectural Department at end of November 2021 and boasts 35+ years’ experience in Architectural Practice. He has considerable experience in a wide range of project types including residential, commercial, industrial, educational and leisure facilities. Taking them from initial brief, through design, planning and warrant stages to delivering them on site to completion. Graeme qualified with an HNC in Architectural Technology in 1992, after training at the Glasgow College of Building & Printing.

He brings an extensive knowledge of producing Technical Drawings, Contract Specifications, ensuring Technical Standards compliance and has completed the successful delivery of numerous and varied major newbuild housing and commercial/industrial projects. Graeme is also an Approved Certifier of Design for Energy (Scotland) and is registered with the RIAS and Quidos for carrying out energy assessments (SAP Calculations) and production/registration of EPC certificates.
