A graduate of Aberdeen University, Graeme worked in private practice in Edinburgh and Glasgow before joining Graham + Sibbald in 2006. Graeme carries out Surveys, Valuations and Home Reports throughout Edinburgh and the Lothians on behalf of solicitors, estate agents and private clients. Graeme has extensive experience in Portfolio Valuation and Development Appraisal work for a variety of lending institutions. A Partner within the valuation department, Graeme takes a role in the firms structured training programme and is a RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) Assessor. Graeme is available to discuss or help with any valuation aspect of residential property at any time.
