Gosia Kilpatrick

Gosia is a Chartered Surveyor specialising in residential survey and valuation. She studied Linguistics at the University of Zielona Gora in Poland and started working in property management in 2008. She was responsible for management of residential portfolios across Scotland’s central belt. In 2014 Gosia completed her Master degree in Real Estate at the University of Glasgow and started her career in valuation. Following a period of working in Dubai, where she was responsible for preparing valuation reports of individual properties and portfolios for major banks, she returned to Scotland. Gosia joined Graham + Sibbald in 2018 and currently is responsible for various valuation projects, including portfolios valuation for major banks, building societies as well as Home Reports and RICS Home Buyers Reports for estate agents and individual clients.
