Gavin McBain

Graduate Surveyor

Gavin is a Graduate Building Surveyor based in our Edinburgh office. He graduated with a First-Class Honours degree from Edinburgh Napier University in 2023 and has over 6 years’ experience within the Construction and Property sector. He joined Graham + Sibbald in January 2024, following rewarding periods of employment with Galbraith and the NHS.

Gavin has a proficiency in delivering project management / contract administration duties in construction projects across Scotland. He is experienced in providing defect analysis, reporting on a building’s condition, and advising on repair or development strategies. He also has experience in representing landlords and tenants during the negotiation and settlement of dilapidations.
