Fraser is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience in the Ayrshire and West of Scotland Commercial and Development markets. He studied Land Economics (BSc) at Paisley University and started working with Graham + Sibbald in 2000. Specialising in Commercial Agency + Development, he undertakes lettings and sales of all types of commercial property including development land and is particularly active in the residential land sale sector. Fraser also specialises in undertaking Development Appraisal valuation work including Expert Witness advice at Public Inquiry. These services are carried out on behalf of Corporate and Private clients, Banks and Solicitors; Allanvale Land Group, East Ayrshire Council, i.o. Group, North Ayrshire Council and M7 Real Estate, although instructions from other corporate and independent clients are also fairly frequent. His knowledge and expertise play a key role in supporting our Glasgow, Kilmarnock and Ayr offices, as he became an Associate in 2005 before being promoted to Partner in 2011. Fraser is dedicated to providing the highest quality service to all clients, and provide them with value added property solutions.
