Director
Finlay Mulvie is a Chartered Surveyor and an RICS registered valuer with a focus on commercial valuation in the office, retail, industrial and commercial land sectors. Originally from Stirling, he graduated from Heriot Watt University in 2008 with a degree in Urban Real Estate Management + Development. After a period spent working abroad, he returned to Scotland and joined Graham + Sibbald in 2016. Finlay is based in the Glasgow office where his day-to-day work covers the catchment areas of the West, Central and South-West of Scotland. He undertakes commercial surveys for a variety of purposes such as loan security in addition to private client work including acquisitions and disposals, valuations for accounting purposes and pensions/SIPPs. Recent projects include assisting with the valuation of a large portfolio for a tourism-sector client and providing valuation advice in respect of a substantial diverse portfolio within the Local Authority sector.
