Graduate Surveyor
Fallon joined Graham + Sibbald as a Graduate Surveyor in May 2019 as part of the firms Graduate Programme. Fallon completed a Masters Degree in Real Estate Management and Investment in October 2021 while working within the Asset Services team. Fallon was based in the Glasgow office until May 2023, when she was given the opportunity to relocate within the firm to our London office. Fallon takes a wealth of knowledge and skills from her 4 years in the Glasgow office and is continuing to develop her experience to work towards becoming a Chartered Surveyor in England.
Fallon is responsible for a number of properties across England, her responsibilities include; proactive management of property services, administering and managing annual service charge budgets, client and tenant liaison, health and safety compliance as well as property and lease inspections. Fallon is dedicated to providing the highest level of service to clients and tenants.
