Graduate Surveyor

Eve joined Graham + Sibbald as a Student Building Surveyor in October 2018 as part of the firms Graduate Apprenticeship Programme. Eve is now a fully qualified Graduate Surveyor since October 2022 and is now working towards her APC to become a Chartered Surveyor. Eve has gained valuable experience working alongside and supporting senior and chartered surveyors on a daily basis, working to undertake Schedule of Conditions, Dilapidations, EPC’s and much more. Eve has also been heavily involved in several projects within the Building Surveying Department, such as the refurbishment of Visit Scotland offices in Glasgow and Stirling, where she helped project managed the works. She believes the Graduate Apprenticeship Programme is a great opportunity to gain the insight, knowledge, and experience, within the industry. Eves’ commitment and dedication along with the firms training process will help her reach her goal of becoming a Chartered Surveyor.
