Emma joined Graham + Sibbald in 2014 and works within our Property Management Team based in Inverness as a Property Manager bringing to the team over 15 years of experience in property and facilities management. Having studied Business and Administration Management and a ‘Certified’ level membership of the Institute of Workplace Facilities Management (IWFM) Emma carries out a broad range of tasks such as Agency, Lease Renewals, Rent Reviews, Rating, Lease Compliance Duties, Instructing Legal Agents, Service Charge Management, Contractor Management, Statutory + Regulatory Compliance, Health and Safety Management etc. With a strong background in Public Sector Property Management specialising in remote and rural property, this experience plays a key role in her work with one of our clients Highlands and Islands Enterprise and Emma’s work sees her lucky enough to travel as far North as Orkney and Shetland.
