With an MSc in Property from the University of Aberdeen, Eilidh is an RICS Registered Valuer and Domestic Energy Assessor with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the local residential market having worked at Allied Surveyors Scotland for the majority of her career. Eilidh’s joined Graham + Sibbald in 2022 and her remit primarily involves undertaking a variety of surveys on a daily basis for the preparation of Home Reports, mortgage valuations, EPC’s and private client reports. These reports are carried out on behalf of solicitors, estate agents and lenders as well as instructions from independent clients from across Aberdeen and the surrounding area.
