Craig is a chartered surveyor with nearly 40 years’ experience within the West of Scotland. Craig started his career with Graham + Sibbald in Paisley during the mid1980’s, opened Hamilton office for the firm in the 1990’s, moved to the Glasgow office in 2007 and relocated to Ayrshire in 2017. Craig oversees the day-to-day operation of the Ayr office and works closely with his colleagues in Kilmarnock office covering the whole of Ayrshire and further afield.

Craig is involved in all things residential; regularly preparing Home Reports, Mortgage Valuation, EPC’s, Expert Witness Reports, Development Appraisals, Residential Investment Valuations and Public Sector Housing Asset Valuations. With such a wide range of experience means there is very little that he has not seen or dealt with over the years. Since relocating to Ayrshire Craig and his colleagues have seen the firms Ayrshire market share grow considerably, and we are now viewed by our wide client base as the go-to people for property services in Ayrshire.
