Claire Peebles

Director

Claire has over 10 years’ experience in the commercial property industry acting for both public and private sector clients.  Claire gained experience working on Scottish Enterprise public sector portfolio during her time at Colliers International (2008-2018) where she focused on developing her role and studying General Practice Surveying.  She graduated from University College of Estate Management in 2017 gaining a General Practice Surveying Diploma with Merit. Claire also secured IOSH certification.

Claire joined Graham + Sibbald in September 2021 from her previous role as Senior Surveyor at Cushman & Wakefield, she has worked with private sector clients including Maquarie Group, British Steel Pension Fund and Aberdeen Standard Investments.

Claire believes in a tailored approach based on individual client requirements. She works closely with her colleagues and external parties such as agents and solicitors to develop a streamlined service to clients and their investments.
