Chris graduated from the University of Aberdeen in 2009 with an Honours degree in Property. From there, he joined a firm of Chartered Surveyors where he qualified in 2011. Chris has over ten years experience within the Edinburgh and Stirling residential markets. On a daily basis he carries out Home Reports, Energy Performance Certificates and valuations for lenders, private clients and developers. Born and bred in Edinburgh, he has an extensive knowledge of the residential property market and enjoys working closely and building relationships with Solicitor & Estate Agents, individuals, private banks etc. Chris has an attention for detail and thrives on providing an excellent service.
