Chris is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience working in the Commercial Office, Industrial, Residential, Retail, Government and Education sectors. He joined Graham + Sibbald in September 2020 and has wide range of knowledge and experience from his previous roles with CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield and Mace Cost Consultancy Ltd including; technical due diligence, building surveys and pre-acquisition surveys, contract administration, project management, development monitoring, planned preventative maintenance surveys, condition surveys and general building advice.
