Calum McKenzie

Associate

Calum is an Associate within the Edinburgh Residential department. Calum graduated from the University of Dundee in 2017. He subsequently joined a firm of Chartered Surveyors where he worked full time whilst studying to obtain a Masters’ Degree in Real Estate Management and Investment. Upon graduating as a Master of Science, he worked towards his APC qualification, obtaining Chartered Status in 2020.

On a daily basis he undertakes Home Reports, Energy Performance Certificates and valuations for a number of clients, including lenders, Solicitor estate agents and private clients. Born and bred in Edinburgh, Calum has an extensive knowledge of the Edinburgh property market and particularly enjoys interacting and establishing relationships with all clients, old and new.
