Chartered Surveyor
Callum is a Chartered Building Surveyor having joined Graham + Sibbald in February 2024 and graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from Robert Gordon University in 2021. Callum passed his APC in November 2024 and is now an RICS Chartered Building Surveyor.
During his day-to-day, he undertakes Schedule of Dilapidation inspections on behalf of both Landlords and Tenants, Schedule of Condition reports, Insurance Reinstatement Cost Assessments and has experience acting as both Principal Designer and Contract Administrator. He is also committed to providing a high standard of service to his Clients.
