Bruce is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer who joined the Inverness office of Graham + Sibbald as graduate in 1982. He subsequently opened our Aberdeen office in 1989, which has grown to be one of the firm’s key city offices offering Graham + Sibbald’s full range of multi-disciplinary services. He gained a BSc Land Economy at Paisley College, became RICS qualified in 1984 and a Partner in the firm in 1996. Bruce was a member of the Management Committee with specific responsibility for Commercial Valuation and IT. Bruce’s areas of expertise include commercial agency and valuation, rent reviews, development and compulsory purchase. Bruce is a member of the RICS Scotland Chairman’s Panel of Experts and undertakes a range of instructions on behalf of both private and public sector clients. Bruce retired as a Partner at Graham + Sibbald in April 2022.
