Brogan became a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer in June 2017, becoming a Director of the Automotive + Roadside department at Graham + Sibbald in April 2024. Adept to the Valuation and Agency disciplines of the Petroleum Sector, he is actively involved in a market that is continually changing and holds a UKPIA Forecourt Safety Passport. Brogan is also involved in the development of the UK infrastructure to accommodate alternative fuels by advising on EV Charging and is part of the Carbon + Sustainability Department.
