Annette has been working in the property management accounts industry for over 30 years. She started working for Graham + Sibbald in June 2022 following their acquisition of Keningtons LLP. She looks after 27 clients accounts. Her role involves all aspects of property management accounting including, invoicing tenants, posting receipts, and assisting Purchase Ledger.

Annette reports to clients depending on their requirements providing them with statements, bank reconciliations, payment performance reports and VAT reports. She also ensures that the system records are up to date and that the clients requests are all dealt with as efficiently as possible.
