Senior Surveyor

Andrew is a Chartered Surveyor with over 28 years’ experience of experience working within Perth and Central Scotland. He studied Land Economics at Paisley University, on a day release basis, whilst working within the surveying industry. Specialising in residential survey and valuation, he carries out a broad spectrum of surveys on a daily basis for the purpose of providing a wide range of services to include home reports, EPC’s, private client and lenders reports. He is an associate member of the RICS and also an RICS registered valuer. Born and raised in Perth, where he still resides, he is keen to draw on his local knowledge in order to provide a high quality of service to all clients, big and small.
