Alan McGregor

Associate

Alan is an RICS Registered Valuer focussing on the general commercial and development land sectors.  He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1997 having previously graduated from University of Paisley with a degree in Land Economics.  After beginning his career working in Local Authority in his native Dundee, Alan moved to Glasgow in 1998 where he joined the private sector, gaining a breadth of experience, including 16 years at DM Hall LLP prior to joining Graham + Sibbald in 2022.

Based in the Glasgow office, Alan’s work covers west central Scotland and beyond, advising a wide range of clients for a variety of purposes including loan security, acquisitions and disposals, accounting and pensions/SIPPs.
