Newbridge Acquisition Success

In August 2018, Graham + Sibbald’s Edinburgh Office were delighted to announce the successful Acquisition of Unit 3, Edinburgh Distribution Park, Newbridge for retained clients, Lothian Buses.

After a detailed market search our agency team secured Lothian Buses with a 20 year lease in a desired unit within a location pivotal to their business operations.  Unit 3, Edinburgh District Park offers 23,000 sq ft of industrial accommodation within a 1.8 acre site and is situated in one of Edinburgh’s prime industrial locations. Newbridge is strategically located at the heart of Central Scotland’s motorway network, only 8 miles West of Edinburgh City Centre.

Furthermore, Graham + Sibbald are currently offering our expertise for the completion of the upgrade to the facility. Whereby, our building surveyors are overseeing the modifications to the building and site infrastructure to ensure our client’s specific operational requirements are met.
