UK Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants Graham + Sibbald welcome Adam Fotheringham, Director, to the Petroleum + Roadside team. Based within the London office, Adam is joining Graham + Sibbald’s specialist team as part of the continuing expansion of their core services across England.
Adam has over 12 years’ experience within the Roadside sector, starting his career at CBRE as a Graduate Surveyor and working his way up to Director. He covers roadside acquisitions, disposals, valuation and landlord and tenant. Over the course of his career he has worked with an extensive range of clients in the roadside sector from oil companies, to funds and independent operators.
The Graham + Sibbald specialist team have been providing professional property services to the petroleum and roadside industry for over 40 years, across the United Kingdom and beyond. The existing team includes ex-oil Company personnel who are able to provide advice based on true industry insight and long-term sector experience, however, this is an exciting time for everyone at Graham + Sibbald having someone of Adam’s knowledge and expertise join the company and further expand this service line.
