Suzanne Lawrie joined Graham + Sibbald’s Hotel + Leisure department in 2018, having previously worked for another leading Scottish Surveying Firm for over 20 years. Specialising in business sales, she brought a wealth of knowledge and expertise which has largely increased activity for Graham + Sibbald to date.
Working alongside colleague Peter Seymour, former Director of Seymour & Co. who merged with Graham + Sibbald in early 2017, the team have maintained a steady growth trend over the last 12 months with a number of high-level business sales concluded.
Now, Suzanne will be taking on a new Business Valuer role within Graham + Sibbald, focussing more on the valuation of businesses as opposed to the sale of same. Although based in Edinburgh, she will work with the Commercial Valuation teams across Scotland to provide specialist and expert knowledge.
Specialising not only in the hotel and leisure sector, she has experience in a broad range of businesses which include retail, children’s nurseries and kennels/catteries.
