Graham + Sibbald are delighted to welcome Duncan Fraser as an Associate within their newly opened Dunfermline office at Balcairn House on Viewfield Terrace.
Graduating from Edinburgh Napier University with a Honours degree in Estate Management, Duncan started out his career working for the Lothian Valuation board covering Valuation for Rating across the lothians, having more recently worked for DM Hall Chartered Surveyors for the last seven years in Fife. Duncan brings a wealth of experience and knowledge from across Fife within the Commercial property sector.
Focusing on Valuation and Agency work mainly, as well as General Practice Surveying, Duncan’s remit will cover all aspects of Valuation for both private client and for secured lending purposes. In addition, Duncan will focus on assisting clients with the letting, sales and acquisition of commercial property, general advice and guidance.
Duncan commented, “It’s an exciting time to be joining Graham + Sibbald as the company is going through a period of growth with ambitious expansion plans. This is a great opportunity for me to take on a new challenge and build up the G+S brand name in Dunfermline and across the central belt.”
