Graham + Sibbald are delighted to announce the sale of the McMillan Hotel portfolio which sees Bespoke Hotels purchase all three properties.
The McMillan portfolio includes North West Castle in Stranraer, Cally Palace Hotel & Golf Course in Gatehouse of Fleet and Fernhill Hotel in Portpatrick. Offering something for everyone – a great Scottish welcome, great food using the best Scottish produce, golf, curling competitions, meeting and conference spaces, as well as boasting idyllic wedding locations.
All three hotels will continue on a business-as-usual basis with all staff being retained by Bespoke Hotels. With a coverage of almost 90 UK hotels, over 5,000 rooms and more than 6,000 staff members in total, the McMillan portfolio is a great addition to the Bespoke collection.
