Graham + Sibbald, Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants are thrilled to announce the promotion of Bilal Ashraf to Director. Bilal joined Graham + Sibbald in 2020 making the move from Edinburgh down to Manchester.
Bilal’s main focus is commercial agency and he boasts a vast range of experience within this sector having worked across G+S Edinburgh and Manchester offices. He specifically deals in industrial and logistic, investment, development and office sectors in the North of England. Bilal carries out a variety of surveys and inspections on a daily basis for the purpose of; disposal, purchase, development, providing consultancy advice and valuation of commercial property and land. These roles are carried out on behalf of local and national investors, developers, landlords, accountants and solicitors providing them with detailed market knowledge through this experience within the market. He also benefits from being an RICS Registered Valuer allowing him to undertake Red Book valuations.
Bilal is a key member of the Manchester Commercial Agency team, supported by Conor Mulloy and Matthew Roberts. The team are dedicated to providing the highest quality of service, adding value and giving the best advice to all clients.

His promotion is well deserved and reinforces his decision to move down to Manchester and help drive the business forward in a new market place and geographical area.
