L’Angolino

Graham + Sibbald are delighted to have finalised the sale of L’Angolino, 47 Main Street, Doune, on behalf of a private client.

Peter Seymour, Head of Licensed Trade and Leisure Agency at Graham + Sibbald, handled the sale of the 24 cover dining area premises, which also comprises a kitchen, store room and WC.

Offers over £32,000 were sought for the leasehold interest in the property and business. A closing date was agreed for the premises from which various offers were received and a suitable buyer found. The deal was rather protracted due to unforeseen legal issues with the Landlord, however we were able to keep all parties comfortable and happy whilst these problems were resolved.
