Graham + Sibbald Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants are proud to support Jeanfield Swifts Under 20s for their debut season in the Lowland Development League for 2021-22.

Based at Riverside Stadium in Perth, the 20s team forms part of the hugely popular community club which offers a full football pathway from soccer school to senior mens and womens teams.

Graham + Sibbald’s very own Alan Campbell, when he’s not undertaking home reports and residential property valuations across Fife, is the current manager of the team who compete in Conference C alongside well known teams including Lothian Thistle Hutchison Vale, Leith Athletic and Dunipace. Currently based out of the firms Kirkcaldy office, Alan is an Associate and RICS Registered Valuer who joined the business in 2006.

Alan has extensive knowledge of local residential markets having worked in both the businesses Perth and Dundee offices previously. He graduated from Aberdeen University in 2005 before completing a Diploma in Surveying from the College of Estate Management in 2008. As a Chartered Surveyor, Alan undertakes a variety of surveys including home reports, mortgage valuations, EPC’s and more, while ensuring the continued high level of service to all clients.

Alan commented; “It’s extremely rewarding to work with such talented players at Jeanfield Swifts and to see them improving and growing every week. The player pathway has already proved successful with a number of our players regularly appearing in the 1st teams match day squad. The Lowland League has been a great experience so far and it’s fantastic to have the backing of Graham + Sibbald as we develop the next generation of talented footballers from the Perthshire area.”
