Our Surveyor, Sorcha Johnstone, who was the lead Agent for the property commented; “The turnaround time for this unit is a fantastic example of the current commercial market in the West of Scotland. There were a number of immediately interested parties and we were able to agree lease terms and settle the transaction within 3 days of the property coming to the market.
