Inverness letting success shows market resilience

Graham + Sibbald are pleased to announce the successful lettings of Unit 2 and Unit 4, Longman Industrial Estate, Inverness.

The attractive units were both let on behalf of Yelverton Properties to Highland Hospice, a strong local charity carrying out great work across Inverness and the Highlands for people, their families and carers, living with an advancing, live shortening illness.

Unit 4, a former office space let to the NHS, required Graham + Sibbald’s building surveying team to arrange a change of use and refurbishment to allow the space to better meet market requirements.

Kenny McKenzie, Senior Surveyor at Graham + Sibbald, said: “The letting of these commercial units shows great resilience in the Inverness property market despite the uncertainty caused by the ongoing pandemic. Missives concluded in early December 2020 with long terms leases at market rents. We are delighted to see both units let to Highland Hospice and wish them the very best in their new premises.”
