Graham + Sibbald are pleased to announce the recent hire of Kit Abram as an Associate Hotel + Leisure Agent, based within the businesses London office.
Kit is a Chartered Surveyor with a master’s degree in Real Estate from Heriot Watt University. He relocated to London to begin his career as a property agent with Knight Frank where he later decided to make the switch to specialise in Hotel + Leisure shortly before passing his APC. Kit went on to work with Cushman + Wakefield more recently where he worked across the UK regional hotel market with a focus on the London hotel market in particular.
Kit’s remit will primarily involve buying and selling hotel and leisure properties on behalf of a range of clients across the UK regional and London hotel markets, while aiding in the development of the Graham + Sibbald brand across England as the company continue to expand and develop their service offering.
Kit commented: “This is an exciting time for me to be joining Graham + Sibbald and I’m very much looking forward to working with a new team, while developing the business profile in London and further afield through new and existing clients.”
With bases in Manchester, Birmingham and London, Graham + Sibbald are continuing to expand their offering of services and locations. Graham + Sibbald has over 200 employees and 20 partners working across its 17 UK offices in Scotland and England.
