Graham + Sibbald are pleased to announce the recent hire of Martin Sutherland who joins as a Licensed Trade + Business Agent within the rapidly expanding Hotel + Leisure team.
Martin Sutherland boasts over 35 years’ experience in the property market having worked for a number of key industry operators such as Montagu Evans, Chesterton Surveyors and also working as a Director of Challenger Inns. His wealth of knowledge and relationships built throughout the industry will play an important role in developing the Graham + Sibbald Hotel + Leisure department across Scotland.
Martin’s remit will primarily involve selling, leasing and acquiring pubs, restaurants and small hotels either individually or in groups.
Martin commented: “This is an exciting time for me to be joining Graham + Sibbald as the business is experiencing a period of growth across a number of departments. I’m very much looking forward to working with a new team and bringing some excellent opportunities to the market.”
