Recognised as one of the leaders in the Hotel + Leisure sector in Scotland and beyond, Graham + Sibbald are delighted to announce the recent promotion of Peter Seymour to Director level.
Working across a range of business types and sectors, Graham + Sibbald have particular expertise in the Hotel, Licensed and Leisure sector. As a result, we are retained by many of Scotland’s leading independent and corporate hospitality and leisure groups to manage the sales and disposal of their business assets.
Working with Alistair Letham, one of Scotland’s leading Hotel agents, Peter Seymour is a Chartered Surveyor with over 14 years’ experience in the sector. He graduated with Distinction from Heriot Watt University in 2009, whilst working and subsequently qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2011. He merged his independent practice with Graham + Sibbald in 2017, becoming an Associate to help lead the growth and development of the firms Hotel + Leisure service offering, with a flurry of recent sales and subsequent new appointments.
With recent successes across Scotland with various business sales, the team has gone from strength to strength despite the ongoing pandemic and have used their specialist knowledge and contacts database to seek out the best buyers for each property.
The Team offer a bespoke service that meets each client’s needs, Peter and his team are able to provide a level of experience which includes sector-specific understanding of accounting principles, employment legislation and licensing regulations.
