Acting on behalf of a private landlord, Graham + Sibbald are delighted to have leased the warehouse and yard at 33 Harbour Road, Inverness to Harbro Ltd.
This is a significant expansion for Harbro with the building extending to 867sq.m / 9,335sq.ft or thereby and being adjacent to their existing site.
It was extensively refurbished by Wm Gray Construction following the last tenant Kuehne + Nagel vacating earlier in the year.

Graham + Sibbald provided agency and building surveying advice to the landlord as well as producing the EPC for the building.
