UK Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants Graham + Sibbald have welcomed a new Director to their growing Commercial Agency team in London.
Charlie West boasts over 15 years’ experience across London and the South East office markets, with particular expertise in advising landlords/tenants on office disposals and advising major occupiers on their real estate strategies.
Charlie’s remit will primarily involve buying, selling and leasing offices on behalf of a range of clients across London and the South East, while aiding in the overall development and service offering of the Graham + Sibbald Commercial team.
Graham + Sibbald’s experienced Agency team provides a comprehensive range of services covering all aspects of the disposal of commercial property. We work in all key sectors, including office, retail and industrial property, hotels and leisure and student accommodation.
Now, Charlie is keen to utilise his skills and specialised knowledge to further develop the Graham + Sibbald brand across London. He commented,
“I am delighted to be joining the team in London and very much look forward to working on the existing projects, as well as expanding our instructions and client base throughout London and the South East.”
Following their acquisition of Keningtons Chartered Surveyors in June 2022, Graham + Sibbald added London and Swindon to their office network. With the businesses having opened its first English office in Manchester in 2019, they have pursued a rapid expansion plan in the three years since.
